Social Service Agency Memberships

Children’s Museum of Franklin’s Social Service Agency Membership is a deeply discounted admission program for organizations and state and municipal agencies offering residential or day programs.

Agencies choosing to apply for the Social Service Agency Membership may do so by submitting the form below, including a copy of the organization’s government issued non-profit certification (501(c)(3) or similar) or identification as a state or municipal agency offering residential or day programs.

A membership is limited to use by those individuals receiving services at a single street address.

Details:

  • Cost: $350, admits ten (10) individuals at a time

  • Additional individuals may be added for $20 per person up to and not exceeding a membership for 20

  • Membership is active for one calendar year from payment date

  • A copy of the organization’s government issued non-profit certification or ID as a state or municipal agency offering residential or day programs is required

  • Schools and pre-schools, day care centers and camps are not included in this program. Please reach out to our team to schedule a standard or small group field trip.
